read to me Daddy...

I am always amazed at how well the kids will sit through a book when Daddy reads to them in French. They only understand 2 or 3 of the words he reads, but they don't care. Maybe it's the one-on-one time with Daddy or maybe it's the way French sounds, but they love it and most of the time, if they want him to read to them it has to be a French book. Who knows...maybe it's helping them learn?!

That's so cool. I love Lydie's cute little expressions in the pictures. You can tell that she is loving it! I am sure that the kids are picking up more French than you realize. They'll be fluent one day!

That's what daddies do best! Nate is the storyteller in our home! When Jake was little he used to read him the Corduroy books in spanish...Jake would crack up! All they need is the pictures and their imagination!

That is amazing. I love that they will just sit there and listen, even when they don't understand it. That is awesome!!!!

That is so cute! I think it's the cuddle up close to dad time that they love and will remember the most. Roland is such a good dad. Isn't it fun to watch your husband interact with the kids? I think it increases my love for Cory when I see him play/read with them.
